Lemon Bar Tea Blend smells and tastes of sweet lemon with a hint of ginger. It is a special combination of lemon balm, lemon zest, ginger & a pinch of licorice root.
Lemon balm is a whole body tonic that has been used as far back as the middle ages to reduce stress, anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion. We added ginger, lemon zest & licorice root to complement the many benefits of lemon balm.
