I wrote the fantasy novel, Beyond Trivar, where a red headed protagonist, Jaden, is taken as a baby by pirates to a southern part of her world and has to find her way back to the land of her birth with only dreams, visions, and feelings connected to things like the Aurora Borealis and the smell of warm pine needles on the northern forest ground to help her find her way.
It’s a fun adventure and captures some of my longing for the Highlands of Scotland that I feel inextricably connected to. The fantasy novel is interwoven with a significant faerietale that will find its way into every book I am writing.
I had way too much fun creating this world. It’s the first of 4 books in my The Third Daughter Prophecy Book series. My second book is getting close to being finished. I can’t wait to share that one as well🦋.
