My intention with lavender tea is for the lavender to carry the flavor & calming effect with herbs to enhance both. The flavor of this blend of herbs is surprisingly delicate. And the calming effect is tangible. It is believed that lavender & lemon balm calm the nervous system. I have adding red raspberry leaf which is believed to balance hormones & nervous system. With the ansdition of rosemary, not only is the flavor fuller without loosing its delicate quality but the added antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds strengthen your immune system, help increase blood flow to the brain and round out this tea as an overall body tonic that leaves your body feeling calm and your mind feeling clear. I drink this before bed and am able to settle down my racing brain and sleep like a baby, making this a great evening tea blend. I can’t recommend it more.
