My intention with lavender tea is for the lavender to carry the flavor & calming effect with herbs to enhance both. The flavor of this blend of herbs is surprisingly delicate. And the calming effect is tangible. It is believed that lavender & lemon balm calm the nervous system. I have adding red raspberry leaf which is believed to balance hormones & nervous system. I drink this before bed and am able to settle down my racing brain and sleep like a baby, making this a great evening tea blend. I can’t recommend it more.
