In my faerie blog, so far, I have written how I came through many difficulties in my life to finally be reunited with my faerie friends and how they called to me and never gave up on me and possibly bugged me until I finally awoke to their reality again after all these years.
Moving forward in my faerie blog, I am going to circle back around, begin again, and embrace the wonder and happiness of my early childhood, when I fully accepted all that I felt and saw and imagined to be true without an adult logic or a modern day filter. I will then build on my childhood and carry you through some truly grand adventures, like an ancient Scotswoman, whose world is intertwined with the faeries. To her, faeries are as real as her cow or the sky or the moor or the loch and one without the other doesn’t exist.
My world, too, is so connected to faerieland, and to my ancestors and to things I have felt even before I came to this world.
What I am going to write is more true than many will ever feel or see and possibly less true than many hope is real. That line between truth and what others call fantasy is different for all of us. I have always been close to the realm of angels and faeries and the dark world that is connected to these. Call these creatures what you may, they are very real to me and a large part of my waking life.
When I am the healthiest and most emotionally connected is when I am most aware of my faerie angels, and my ancestors, and when I’m in my deepest trials, they have mercifully broken through the darkness to guide me on.
I am a deeply spiritual person who also loves the religion of my childhood and who is very metaphysical, able to see, hear and feel things that many of you miss. There aren’t many of us around anymore who are deeply connected to both.
You see, my parents came from strong, though different, religious backgrounds, for generations. I grew up going to church, reading scriptures daily and had an innate faith that was deeply felt. Add that to my mother’s families’ gifts of being dreamers, people who dream in color and who can see and feel things that many people don’t. And you get me.
I’ve experienced so many things in one lifetime and they have allowed me to understand many of the most beautiful and peaceful things alongside of some of the most vial and dark things that this world offers.
One night, in a hot spring with some dear friends, I died, and flew over mountains into the everlasting skies filled with stars and worlds and galaxies, and back over rivers and streams, into canyons that glow with Tahitian pale light surrounded by a soothingly, warm atmosphere that enveloped me in warmth and peace. There I was given a new lease on life, if I would only share my story using all my senses, gifts, miracles, challenges and wonders that I have experienced and have been able to overcome. Hopefully my story will inspire you to feel more peace, connect to what is REAL, heal, and see the beauty of your purpose as well.
And so, I returned from death, and have healed and prepared myself and after years of putting it all together, it is finally time. Let’s begin this wonderful journey through our everyday world filled with darkness and light, sorrow and happiness, pain and peace swirled together with magic and otherworldly creatures.
In other words, welcome again to my world.
Love,
Lilly Christenson🧚🏻♂️🦋🧚🏻♂️
